Otis Fishing Report UPDATE for September 26, 2023: Otis left via the Fish Ladder yesterday just before 2:00 p.m. We watched for him on Brooks Falls Low (which went to highlights at 7:00 p.m.) and Brooks Falls (highlights at 9:00 p.m.), and we didn’t see him return or find him on the Lower River.
So it’s a wrap for September 26 with the fish count at 1 Fish + 1 Scrap + 2 DOAs. As the cams are online less and Otis expands his fishing area to off-cam areas, the counts will be low, but remember: In Otis We Trust! He’s eating, whether we see it and count it or not.
