Otis Fishing Not-A-Report for October 25, 2023: As we near the end of the Octoberfish Celebration, we aren’t lacking bears so much as solar power, and while Otis wasn’t among those bears, it seems like it was a pretty fun day on cams, yeah? Hint: Check around 4:18 p.m. Katmai time on Brooks Falls cam for a MONSTER-sized fish — didn’t look like it had a lot of wiggle in its waggle, but it (or the rushing water) made 151 Hot Walker double-pounce to snag it! 😀
But now… this is the Otis Fishing Report, so enough about his buddy Hot Walker. We didn’t see Otis on cams today, though we’re quite sure, wherever he is, he’s chomping away on Wigglers, Salmon Scrapple, or enjoying a Salmon Latte with his Royal Guard Alices nearby. Much like this GIF captured by SuspectCelery October 1. ♥
So long as there are cameras, we’re going to hold out hope, and we’re sending Wishes for Fishes until the last pixel is transmitted. ♥ Enjoy our Bear Blessings, everyone!
